Are there underutilized assets in your organization/industry that have value to others?

Access vs ownership is not only becoming the choice of #consumers (especially the #millennials) but also the business model of many successful organizations such as @Uber and @Airbnb. They have created #digitalplatforms from underutilized assets of others. Today there are also many other examples like the renting of unused computing power.

In corporate #realestate there are opportunities to monetize on the better #utilization or #optionality in the use of space such as #schools, #universities , #officespace, #parkinglots, #housing, #industrial facilities and conference venues.

The more #efficient use of this space will not only enhance #yield but also reduce the built environment, raising the question whether greater efficiency in the overall use should not be an important #ESG measure? #sharedeconomy
