Ilse is known for her drive, her passion and her unconventional way of thinking. She has an in depth understanding of the Real Estate eco-system and how its impacted by new technologies and evolving operating platforms. Her focus is on helping organisations action viable transformation strategies to create and capture value. Coupled with her natural problem-solving instinct she can achieve impactful outcomes in short time frames.
She is a graduate of the Harvard Business School Advanced Management Program, holds Certificates from MIT in Innovation, Technology and Design Thinking and completed the Executive Program on Exponential Technology at Singularity University.
Prior to founding @ExponentialBlue Ilse was a partner at PwC responsible for Real Estate digital advisory
Neeral Patel
Business Partner
Neeral is known for his vast experience in Real Estate operations and Investment Management. He has an in depth understanding of operating platforms, business development, operational processes, risk management, and how best to leverage technology to procure best in class solutions. He focuses on partnering with key stakeholders, understanding the platforms needs, identifying the risks and problems, designing options for solutions and executing in a timely manner.
He is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants and has 26 years’ experience in the Real Estate industry.
Prior to joining @ExponentialBlue, Neeral was a Managing Director at BlackRock acting as Chief Operating Officer for EMEA Real Estate.
