As design thinking is experience based it helps in understanding the reasons occupiers use space and their journey. It provides a better understanding of the business Real Estate players are really in. The #ecosystem and opportunities created through customer experiences are far broader than the traditional focus. Once the design thinking is completed technology becomes the enabler to provide occupiers with an experience they can not get anywhere else.
